We will notify you by email if we cancel your order. If we have already charged your payment method, we will issue a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before we process your order. We accept payments through Fena Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather or force majeure events
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You assume all responsibility for products once they leave our facility.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research peptides and storage requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched, except in the following circumstances:
- Products arrive damaged in transit
- You receive the wrong product
- Products are defective upon arrival
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If approved, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and stored according to our guidelines to be eligible for return.

- Any misuse of our products or failure to follow handling and storage instructions
